The 7 Densities of Consciousness
Why graduating from 3rd to 4th density is an important step in our Soul's evolution

In my October newsletter I shared a message from the collective higher consciousness of humanity. In the message they were encouraging us to rise up to our divinity as it is the first step in playing a galactic role. And if this resonates with you as something you know to be true, yet don’t have all the pieces of the puzzle to put it all together to understand how so, I’d like to help jolt your memory a little bit. Because of the veil of forgetting that was in placed during the Earth School stage we have forgotten this truth. I’m keeping it simple, as that’s the way Spirit also wants it to be. I may also run the risk of repetition and I do this for emphasis. So please take note. Let’s begin.
Our Souls incarnate on planets in different galaxies to experience different lives in different forms, physical and non-physical. Each time we incarnate we put on different costumes. In this lifetime, we put on the costume of a human, on a stage call planet Earth.
Earth, herself, goes through seven levels of development or densities of awareness/consciousness. And at each stage of her development, her inhabitants’ consciousness would also match hers. And for each density, the inhabitants are given different goals to accomplish in order to graduate to the next level or density of consciousness.
Before I provide the details of the seven densities, I feel it’s best to first understand what the word density means. I’ve also been asked many times what the difference is between density and dimension. I will explain to the best of my ability, the difference between the two words.
Density vs Dimension
First off, density is different from dimension. These two terms are used to describe different things.
Density is the plane you exist in. It defines the type of body you inhabit, the environment you live in, the type of spiritual lessons you are trying to learn, and the energies you are exposed to during a particular incarnation. And a being/entity progresses from one density to the next higher density, and this we call graduation.  When a being has successfully learned the lessons and gain the experience from that density, it can move on or graduate to the next level i.e. density of consciousness. There are seven densities of consciousness altogether. And Earth, the planet has graduated from the 3rd density to the 4th density in 2012. However, humanity, at an individual level, will graduate according to each person’s progress in the 3rd density. If they are not ready to graduate they will continue to remain in the 3rd density to complete their spiritual lessons.
In contrast, dimension is a way of perceiving the universe. The higher the dimension, the more aspects, characteristics and parameters of the universe you are able to perceive, and the more you understand about reality. The 4th density Earth is often described as a 5th dimensional planet. And when you find yourself on 5th dimensional Earth, you too will be a 5th dimensional being.
The Seven Densities of Consciousness and their Lessons/Goals
1st Density of Consciousness
Lessons to experience: Existence or Beingness
2nd Density of Consciousness
Lessons to experience: Growth, movement, and awareness
3rd Density of Consciousness
Lessons to experience: Self-awareness
➜ this is when Earth is a school for Souls to incarnate to learn their lessons, gain life experiences and grow in wisdom
4th Density of Consciousness
Lessons to experience: Love, compassion, and understanding
➜ it is the start of a galactic role and collective consciousness for the entire human race
5th Density of Consciousness
Lessons to experience: Light and wisdom
6th Density of Consciousness
Lessons to experience: Unity and balance
7th Density of Consciousness
Lessons to experience: Awareness of the Creator
Learning the lessons for the current density we’re in will help expand our consciousness and prepare us for the upcoming lessons in the next higher density. It’s a natural progression, and one’s progress cannot be forced upon by another or judged by oneself or by another . It is best for it to happen naturally through each entity’s awareness, and by the actions one takes to elevate one’s consciousness.
The most difficult cycle of incarnation for a human Soul is the Earth School cycle. And that’s the 3rd density of consciousness, which ended sometime in 2012. Earth has evolved and graduated to the next stage of her evolution i.e. 4th density and we ALL went along with her. But not ALL of us are necessarily ready to graduate to 4th density, if our consciousness is still at the level of 3rd density, and we require more schooling. This sounds spiritually logical. Because we are each at different levels of self-awareness. Some of us came on board Earth School earlier than others and have had more opportunities to learn and complete the lessons of the 3rd density during the time when Earth was a school. And some learn their lessons faster than others. There is no right or wrong. There is only life experiences and the awareness that one can make different choices in order to create other experiences for themselves. And one of those choices is to begin connecting and receiving guidance from one’s Higher Self who resides in the 6th density of consciousness.
When I discovered about the Law of One’s seven densities of consciousness I was able to connect the dots and I finally see the bigger picture of our Soul’s evolution in the Universe. I learned about the different choices we can make through our free will. And discovering the lessons we are here to accomplish can help us aspire to them in order for us to speed up our own evolution i.e. graduate to the 4th density of consciousness. I was further guided by Spirit to create a workshop to help transfer this knowledge to others, so they too will have this understanding and can make their own choices. Choice is our power. And I’ve been teaching this workshop for over a year now.

The Transition from 3rd Density to 4th
This period of transition is probably the toughest time for many who are not aware of this great shift in consciousness. It is also a tough time for those who are conscious, but are not necessarily aware of the habits, behaviours and beliefs that they still carry with them that would hinder them from moving forward. This is why we are receiving so much support from beings from higher realms who are more than ready and are always available to provide guidance. There are planets and benevolent galactic civilisations who collaborate and send higher frequency energies to our planet on a consistent basis. There is growing interest on our planet in channeling messages and receiving transmissions for this very purpose, to assist humanity to heal themselves and to rise in consciousness.
In the 3rd density, the biggest awareness comes about when we finally discover, accept, and become the creator being that we are meant to be. I wrote an earlier article about the Earth School. It is from the 4th density upwards that we will learn how to play a galactic role and we’ll explore being in partnership with our galactic brothers and sisters from other star systems. We’ll communicate using telepathy with them and with other humans on Earth. We’ll have access to the galactic akashic records. We’ll be using more of our multi-dimensional abilities and attributes. We’ll experience having a planetary consciousness, and so much more as befitting a galactic consciousness being. And we will become a fully conscious being like so many of the extraterrestrial races from higher dimensions. Our playground will expand and our awareness will shift from self-awareness to galactic-awareness. We play a bigger role in our Service to Others and help the inhabitants of other planets in our service.
The roles we play in 4th density requires us to begin trusting each other as we allow our consciousness to become part of the collective, and thus have access to greater wisdom, knowledge and information. With this power and ability comes great responsibility. This is why we are encouraged to become aware of this great shift in consciousness and prepare ourselves spiritually.
